1. The Petitioner seeks to challenge a decision taken in the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Department of Posts, India regarding merger of the Keonjhargarh sorting with Jajpur Road RMS and the Puri RMS with the Khurda Road RMS. These are not the matters for which a PIL is to be entertained. The Court is not satisfied that the Court should interfere at all.
