The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer.
"The Petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the Opp. Party No.3 should not be directed to submit the detail report along with relevant records in connection with the above case on or before 10.05.2021 for disposal of the above case; And issue any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper;
And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
