This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 3rd line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 12.08.2022 in ABLAPL No.2217 of 2022, inadvertently, "418/420, I.P.C" has been written instead of "Sections 341/323/377/307/498-A/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act" and due to such mistake, the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below in time. Hence, the present I.A. has been filed for extension of time to surrender. 5.

Considering the submissions, it is further directed that in 4th line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 12.08.2022 in ABLAPL

// 2 // No.2217 of 2022 "Sections 341/323/377/307/498-A/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act" in place of "418/420, I.P.C", rest part of the order shall remain intact and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 12.08.2022, if the petitioner surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri on or before 21st of October, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
