This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner involves the following prayer:

"It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to Opp. Parties and after hearing from both parties, issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other suitable form of writ, and this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct to the opp. Parties to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-4 and to give an appointment on compassionate ground under rehabilitation scheme to the petitioner in her decease husband service for the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, the Petitioner has filed a representation before the President, Managing Committee, Mangarajpur Co-operative Society, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.2, dated 02.02.2022, which is stated to be pending before the Authority for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.02.2020

// 2 // (Annexure-4) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
