1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the cause title of the BLAPL, instead of mentioning "Ramachandi P.S.", "Konark P.S." has been wrongly mentioned, which is a typographical mistake. Therefore, while disposing of the BLAPL No.1845/2022, this Court in the order dated 21st March, 2022 has mentioned the name of the P.S. as "Konark".

// 2 // Similarly in the said order instead of "G.R. Case No.42/2022" "G.R. Case No.52/2022" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the 2nd line of paragraph-3 of order dated 21st March, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.1845/2022 the word "Konark" be deleted and in its place the word " Ramachandi" be substituted and 3rd line of the said paragraph the figure "52" be deleted and in its place the figure "42" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the corrections.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
