This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The only grievance of the Petitioner in the writ petition is that the Opposite Parties/authorities are not considering the Petitioner's prayer for revised scale of pay fixation and release all consequential differential pensionary benefits of the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been submitted several representations before the Opposite Parties/authorities. However, no decision has been taken on such representations of the Petitioner as of now. 5.

Mr. K.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the Opposite Parties/authorities to consider the representations of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court

// 2 // disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Parties/authorities to consider the representations of the Petitioner, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representations of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. The decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
