3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite parties especially the opposite party No.5-Block Education Officer, Biramaharajpur in not releasing her service benefits including the salaries of last two years during her service period before her retirement from service.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed and the petitioner has already got the pensionary benefits.
