While alleging that there is an attempt of encroachment by a Order No.

private party in undertaking construction over the own land of the Petitioner, at the same time learned counsel for Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority.

Considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
