Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. None appears for O.P. No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be adjourned as the conducting counsel is suffering from High Blood Pressure and Sugar. However, the Court is not inclined to grant adjournment as the matter is of the year 2015. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case any cause of action still survives.
