This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of Mutation Case No.13 of 2017 stated to be pending before Tahasildar, Baramba.

On perusal of order sheet annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-1, it is apparent that vide order dated 6th August, 2018, Tahasildar, Baramba dropped the Mutation Case due to pendency of RFA No.20 of 2019.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime RFA No.20 of 2019 has been dismissed by learned Additional District Judge, Athagarh. 5.

In view of the fact that the Mutation Case has already been dropped, the prayer made herein cannot be entertained. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, dismissal of the writ petition will not preclude the Petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
