This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Brajrajnagar P.S. Case No.304 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2438 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for alleged commission of offences under section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the notice as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been served on the

// 2 // petitioner and he has complied with the terms of the notice.

In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
