The limited grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that a direction may be issued to the Authorized Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Redhakhol Forest Division, Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of C.P Case No.01 of 2021-2022 within a stipulated period. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Authorized Officercum-Divisional Forest Officer, Redhakhol Forest Division, Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of C.P Case No.01 of 2021-2022 not later than four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
