At the outset, learned counsel for the parties concede that the order dated 07.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (PIL) No.20619 of 2016 has since been complied with as the competent authority has taken a decision on the question of validity of the caste certificate of the person concerned.

3. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
