1. Permitting the Petitioners to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of.

2. The interim order passed by this Court on 12th July, 2016 is extended till 1st November 2022, on which date the Petitioners will appear before the trial Court i.e. S.D.J.M., Khurda in G.R. Case No.436 of 2009.

2. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
