It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.4099 of 2021 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Sri Ajaya Kumar Behera and others), which has been dismissed vide order dated 20.04.2021 by this Court.
