Heard submission of Mr.Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is unfortunate to note that an injunction petition filed in 2013 (I.A. No.609 of 2013) has not been disposed of even after passing of nine years. Considering the period of pendency of such Miscellaneous application, taking serious note on the pendency of such application for such long period, this Court in disposal of the CMP directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar to dispose of I.A.No.609 of 2013 filed at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order.
