This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to dispose of the bail application with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial.

On the other hand, Mr. S.R. Roul, learned A.S.C. does not raise any objection to such prayer of the Petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application with a request to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. Learned trial Court is further requested to take sincere effort to examine the victim at the earliest as per the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
