Mr. Biswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, his clients' writ petition was disposed of by order dated 18th October, 2022. By said order, impugned in the writ petition memo dated 22nd February, 2022 and all others connected thereto, were set aside and quashed. The authorities have held out, only impugned therein memo dated 22nd February, 2022 stood set aside and quashed. Hence, his clients have applied for clarification and modification.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, said order dated 18th October, 2022 is being complied with. Mr. B. K. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.6 to 8 in the writ petition and submits, written objection has been filed. 3.
Impugned in the writ petition memo dated 22nd February, 2022 was issued by Joint Secretary to Government. Contention of State is that said order dated 18th October, 2022 is being complied with. In the circumstances, no order need be passed on the application. In event applicants find non-compliance, they may apply in contempt.
