Since the period of tender has already been over by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, since the petitioners seek for refund of the security deposit, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum, if they are so advised, in terms of the agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to them.
