This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging non-compliance of the order dated 11th August, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.9387 of 2017, whereby this Court directed the Tahasildar, Anandapur, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.2 therein) to carry out the order passed by the Additional Commissioner Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur as expeditiously as possible after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and all parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.

Since the contempt petition has been filed on 22nd February, 2022, which is beyond the limitation period, the same cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.
