This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for expediting the trial in the suit vide C.S. No.482/570/2020-I pending on the file of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Balasore.

For the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner that there is no completion of pleadings in C.S. No.482/570/2020-I as yet, this Court directs, in the event pleadings in C.S. No.482/570/2020-I are not completed as yet, the trial Court may see for completion of pleadings in the C.S. No.482/570/2020-I within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner and basing on completion of pleadings, the Petitioner is also at liberty to ask the trial court for expediting the hearing in the above noted C.S. 3.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
