This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner was a quarry lease holder for the period 1st April, 2011 to 31st March, 2012.

The present contempt has been filed alleging that the order dated 6th August, 2019 directing the Tahalsildar, Nilagiri to consider and decide the refund application of the Petitioner dated 15th July, 2014 for the time period he could not operate the quarry, in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

Upon notice, a compliance affidavit dated 12th July, 2022 of the Tahasildar, Nilagiri has been filed along with Memo dated 21st January, 2012 at Annexure-A and an order dated 11th April, 2022 at Annexure-B.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate by referring to the contents of para 6, 9 and 10 of the counter affidavit

// 2 // submits that the orders have been duly complied with, the reasons for delay in passing of the orders have been deeply regretted. 6.

In view of the contents of the aforesaid paragraphs of the compliance affidavit, we find that there is no willfully disobedience of the order dated 6th August, 2019.
