The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the criminal case in C.T. Case No. 6131 of 2015 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, but no stay has been granted from proceeding further in the matter and in the meanwhile, more than seven years have elapsed.

In view of such development, especially when none had appeared to move the CRLMC today, the same is disposed of as dismissed.
