Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Since this Court finds the petitioners have already an existing objection before the competent authority, recording the submission of Mr.Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioners, at page-69 of the brief, there has been already recommendation of their case to the competent authority. Looking to the grievance of the petitioners, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Aannexure-5 as well as Annexure-6 and take decision, as appropriate, by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners but, however involving the petitioners.
