Heard Mr. Gourav Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned DSGI appearing on behalf of O.P.1 and Mr. Gopal Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2. 3.
This I.A. has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction for disposal of the writ petition in view of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 368 of 2021. 4.
Mr. Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that since the matter has already been adjudicated by the apex Court, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Therefore, he wants for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 368 of 2021. 5.
Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned DSGI appearing on behalf of O.P.1 and
Mr. Gopal Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2 have no objection to the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 368 of 2021. As a consequence thereof, the interim order passed in this case stands vacated and the I.A. applications are disposed of accordingly.
