This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 02.05.2017.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the order passed on 23.05.2016 by learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in I.C.C. No. 55 of 2009 directing the parties to get ready for hearing in the case while rejecting the petition of the petitioner seeking direction to I.I.C., Berhampur Town P.S. to produce the case diary in P.S. Case No. 147/2008(G.R.1089/2008). 4.

In view of aforesaid development especially when none appears for the petitioner at the time of call, the CRLMC is dismissed.
