This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed challenging orders dated 10th April, 2014 and 18th January, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, whereby interim maintenance has been allowed to Opposite Parties and subsequently rejecting the petition for modification/recalling the order of interim maintenance.

A memo has been filed stating therein that parties have agreed to settle the issue out of Court. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

Considering the submission made and in view of memo filed, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.

5.

Interim order dated 10th May, 2018 passed in Misc. Case No.143 of 2018 stands vacated.
