This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 23.09.2022. The petitioner by way of an application U/S.482 Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the orders passed on 03.10.2012 and 22.01.2016 by learned S.D.J.M., Titilagarh by which maintenance was granted to opposite party Nos.1 and 2 and the Court had refused to set-aside the order passed for granting maintenance to opposite parties no.1 and 2. 3.

In the background of above facts, especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date, this Court presumes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
