Heard Mr. A. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for Opposite Party - State.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that their application for registration in the Co-operative Society of Opposite Party No.2 is not considered. They have made representation to Opposite Party No.4 - District Registrar Co-operative Society (DRCS), Khordha under Annexure-2 series.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.4 - DRCS, Khordha to consider and dispose of Petitioner's representation dated 7th September, 2021 under Annexure-2 series by a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
