1. Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the Tahasildar, Baliapal (Opposite Party No.3) naming the encroachers.

2. If such a representation is made not later than 4th April, 2022, it will be examined on its merit by the Opposite Party No.3 and after hearing to the Petitioner and the alleged encroachers, a reasoned order should be passed not later than 20th June, 2022 and communicated to the parties not later than 27th June, 2022.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
