1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 1850 kgs. of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant during trial.
