The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party Nos.4 & 5 for making check measurements of the works as per the entry in the Measurement Book done by the Opposite Party No.6, approve and pass the final bill in favour of the Petitioner by quashing the letter dated 24.01.2020 passed by the Opposite Party No.4.

Since the Petitioner claims for payment of final bill pursuant to the work undertaken by him, this Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer. However, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy in terms of the DTCN/ Agreement, which is applicable to him.
