Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of Opposite Party No.-5 as Anganwadi Helper. It is fairly stated by the petitioner that ventilating her grievance, she has preferred a representation to the Sub-Collector, NayagarhOpposite Party No.2 on 23.12.2021 which was submitted through courier.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and take

a decision after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.5 within a period of one month from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied as per rule.
