1. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that he would like to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to approach the authority concerned to consider his case in the light of certain decisions of this Court.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge is modified by holding that the writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.15924 of 2019 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the Appellant.
