1. The Petitioner has prayed to quash order dated 21.2.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar in Criminal Revision No.01 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr. B. Pujari, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the matter is remanded back to the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar by setting aside the impugned order dated 21.2.2022 under Annexure-3, with direction to the learned Sessions court to re-hear the matter afresh and decide in accordance with law in light of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Ashis Ranjan Mohnaty (Adv.) vs. State of Odisha and others, 2022 (I) OLR-555, as

expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
