The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of R.P. No.461 of 2018 pending before the Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Odisha, Cuttack filed under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are some inadvertent mistakes in the revision petition itself. Hence, no fruitful purpose will be served in pursuing the writ petition. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
