Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

There is a request for Crime Branch inquiry on the financial irregularities by a person in high position. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the O.P. No.1 to look into the allegation made by the Petitioner in Annexure-4 and if necessary, conduct a preliminary inquiry. It is directed that in the event the preliminary inquiry resolves in favour of the Petitioner's allegation, there may be a full-fledged inquiry involving the persons involved herein and such proceeding shall be concluded also involving the persons likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
