1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The present petition has been filed contending the inaction of the Director, Secondary Education with respect to issuance of engagement order pertaining to permanent disability of the petitioner. The petitioner vide advertisement dated 28.08.2021 applied for recruitment to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) and was selected as per procedure. Due to discrepancy in the disability certificates furnished by Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar and Bhadrak Medical Board, the petitioner, in apprehension of being deprived to get the benefit of engagement under PWD category, seeks a decision and

// 2 // engagement order from the Director, Secondary Education with respect to assessment of disability.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has given temporary disability certificate as issued by the Medical Authority, CDMO, Bhadrak.

5. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
