Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files certified copy of the FIR, the same be kept on record.

The petitioners are in custody since 06.02.2022 in connection with Khariar P.S. Case No.43 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.45 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khariar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/364-A/363/506/34 of IPC.

Considering the submissions, the materials on record and the fact that the victim has since been rescued and investigation appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in

seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
