1. All that the learned Single Judge has done by the impugned order dated 6th February 2019 in W.P.(C) No.3764 of 2009 is to relegate the present Appellants to the remedy of an statutory appeal against the order under challenge in the writ petition.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
