This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Petitioner in this writ petition prays to quash the demand raised by the opp. party No.3 in the supplementary bill vide notice dated 17.12.2016 under Annexure-1.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is squarely covered as per the decision of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.3383 of on 17.3.2021 (Ch.Venkateswaralu v. Union of India and others) and as such, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

5. Learned counsel for the opp. parties do not oppose to the same.

6. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.3.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.3383

of 2018 on 17.3.2021 (Ch.Venkateswaralu v. Union of India and others).

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
