This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner in the learned Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial Court as per the order dated 30.03.2022 in time since he was ill and therefore, the date of surrender may be extended.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the date of surrender of the petitioner as was fixed as per order dated 30.03.2022 is extended till 12th August 2022. The rest part of the order dated 30.03.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender
