Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra-3, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State.

Upon hearing both parties, I do not see any merit in the challenge to quash the order of NBW since the Petitioners remained absconded and charge-sheet has been filed against them for nonbailable offences. 3.

In the result the CRLMC is dismissed.
