This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 12th January, 2022 (Annexure-7) passed by learned Central Information Commission, New Delhi with reference to File No.CIC/BSNLD/A/2020/124757.

Mr. Panda along with learned ASG submits that there is no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the 2nd Appellate Authority with regard to non-supply of information sought for by the Petitioner.

Since none appears to pursue the writ petition the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
