This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet offences against the petitioner may be mentioned in the order dated 16.02.2022.

Perused the charge sheet from which it reveals that the petitioner has been charge sheeted under sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 6 of the POCSO Act and section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, in the 3rd paragraph of the order

// 2 // dated 16.02.2022, the offences against the petitioner mentioned as 'sections 363/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code' be read as 'sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/ 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 6 of the POCSO Act and section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006'. The rest part of the order dated 16.02.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
