Mr. Ray, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there was delay in disbursement of first installment under scheme of Post Matric Scholarship. This interfered with his client's progression in getting himself qualified to commence his career. He relies on order dated 3rd March, 2020 of coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) nos. 2576, 7593 and 7955 of 2019. He then hands up order dated 15th March, 2022 passed by this Bench in W.P.(C) no.2033 of 2022 (Bhagirathi Kanta v. Union of India and others) to submit, his client's case is covered thereby.
