Present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 08.05.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.4905 of 2017, whereby the Bank of Baroda, Paradeep Branch was directed to take a final decision upon the offer of One Time Settlement tendered by the petitioner along with a pre-deposit of Rs.2,00,000/-.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present contempt as he has already settled the account with the Bank.

4. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
