This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On perusal of the order dated 03.09.2021, it is seen that this Court granted interim order to the petitioner with a direction to the authority not to utilize two black marks in terms of the punishment order dated 14.01.2021 under Annexure-7 and rejection of appeal order dated 25.05.2021 under Annexure-9 for counting the same towards total accumulated Black Marks for initiating proceeding under Rule 836 of PMR till 29th September, 2021. 3.

Learned counsel for the State produced a letter dated 19.04.2022 from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Jharsuguda wherein it has been mentioned that the proceeding in respect of the present petitioner has been kept in abeyance till finalization of W.P.(C) No.26591 of 2021.

In such views of the matter, this Court thinks that no further order need be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the CONTC is quashed.
