This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 27th September, 2021 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.2 of 2017. 3.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and a petition to that effect will be filed by 8th August, 2022 before learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela. Hence, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the RPFAM and prays for withdrawal of the same.

Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Opposite Party does not have any objection to the same.

In view of the above, this RPFAM stands disposed of as withdrawn.
