Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2022 in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.685 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2857 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence under Section 452/395 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act. 4.
As it appears from the seizure list enclosed to the bail application, except for some cash and a mobile phone, nothing was seized from his possession. That apart, investigation appears to have progressed substantially. In such view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date
of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
